Job Responsibilities
- Set brand specific marketing goals that align with the overall brand direction and business goals.
- Track and measure all marketing outcomes including all marketing and PR activities.
- Develop campaigns to create and maintain high levels of customer interaction.
- Oversee and improve our social media accounts.
- Represent the brand at events, conferences and industry gatherings.
- Proactively aim to increase our market presence and contribution within the said segments.
- Monitor trends in the industry and brand mapping and analysis against competition.
- Use customer feedback to help improve the processes for better service.
Requirements
- Proven experience and track record of being a senior marketing manager.
- Strong Leadership & Team Building Skills.
- Marketing experience involving strategy, managing budgets, social media management, Digital content and campaigns and Website management.
- Strong creative, strategic, analytical & interpersonal skills.
- Strength in problem solving, issue-resolution, ability to work in a deadline driven work environment, attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Good knowledge & understanding of how all current marketing channels function (i.e. social, digital, print, radio, PR, events etc).
