• 1. Content Ownership and Disclaimer: MicroBird serves as an intermediary and technology provider under the Information Technology Act of 2000 and its associated rules. Content posted on the platform may originate from content providers or users. MicroBird does not exercise control over the content and does not guarantee its accuracy, validity, or legality. We expressly disclaim all warranties and shall not be liable for any civil or criminal violations arising from the content.
• 2. User Responsibilities: As a user, you agree to post content on the platform in good faith and solely for lawful, non-commercial purposes, including education, entertainment, criticism, or information sharing. Unauthorized access or posting through automated devices or scripts is strictly prohibited.
• 3. Compliance with Laws and Guidelines: You must ensure that the content you post complies with all applicable laws, rules, regulations, policies, guidelines, and norms in the countries where the content is published, communicated to the public, or distributed by MicroBird. You confirm your authorization to post content on the platform. MicroBird reserves the right to publish or remove content at its discretion, with or without prior notice to users.
• 4. Content and Behavior Policies: To maintain a positive experience on our platform, your content must adhere to the following principles:
• a. Hate Speech and Discrimination: Treat others with dignity, respect, and empathy. Avoid any form of hate speech, personal attacks, or discriminatory comments that harm or target users based on their characteristics or affiliations. Do not use hateful symbols or engage in abusive behavior.
• b. Religiously Offensive Content: Be respectful of others' religious beliefs. Avoid content that insults or ridicules religion or customs.
• c. Terrorism and Extremism: Do not promote or incite terrorism, violence, or acts that threaten national unity, integrity, or sovereignty. Content supporting terrorist organizations or violence-inducing networks is prohibited.
• d. Violent and Graphic Content: Refrain from making threats of physical harm against others. Do not post content that glorifies violence or depicts graphic violence, torture, or harm. Exceptions are allowed for content raising awareness about important issues.
• e. Minor Safety: Protect the safety of minors (individuals under 18 years old). Prohibited content includes child sexual abuse imagery, child pornography, and any content sexualizing minors or someone appearing as a minor.
• f. Adult Nudity and Sexual Content: MicroBird does not permit explicit nudity, pornography, or sexually explicit content. Exceptions exist for educational, documentary, scientific, or artistic content.
• g. Cyberbullying and Harassment: Users should feel safe to express themselves without fear of bullying or harassment. Abusive content or behavior aimed at degrading or shaming individuals is not tolerated.
• h. Suicide and Self-Harm: Content promoting or encouraging self-harm, suicide, or dangerous activities is strictly prohibited. Exceptions are made for content offering support to those in need.
• i. Invasion of Privacy: Respect the privacy of others. Do not publish personal information or engage in invasive behavior.
• j. Misinformation and Fake News: Do not share false or misleading information. MicroBird does not permit manipulated media or content that undermines trust in civic processes.
• k. Identity Theft and Impersonation: Do not impersonate others to deceive or mislead users.
• l. Vulgar Language: Avoid excessively gruesome or shocking content, especially that which promotes violence or suffering. Exceptions exist for content meant to raise awareness.
• m. Malicious Programs: Do not share unverified or false information that may be perceived as factual. Do not interfere with elections or engage in artificial traffic generation.
• n. Illegal Activities and Regulated Goods: Prohibit the trade, sale, promotion, or use of illegal or regulated goods, including weapons, drugs, and prohibited services. Content related to money laundering or gambling is also strictly prohibited.
• o. Intellectual Property (Copyright and Trademark Infringement): Respect intellectual property rights. Users own their content, while MicroBird owns platform-related intellectual property. Users grant MicroBird certain rights to their posted content.
• 5. Retention of Content: Content removed from the platform or after account termination may be retained and used at MicroBird's discretion and for lawful purposes.

By using MicroBird, you agree to comply with these content policies. Failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in content removal, account suspension, or other appropriate actions. We are committed to creating a safe and respectful community for all users.
